1% Better...
I've often been paralyzed by an endless list of things "I need" to fix... ...and I've often found that entrepreneurship is more about letting the list burn and staying ruthlessly focused on getting 1% better every time... Messy Action [thanks @Sarah Hankins ] Examples: - Content Creation... iterating through 2000+ videos vs trying to make each one perfect - Loom DMs/Sales... iterating through 4000+ videos vs trying to make each one perfect - Skool Community... iterating through... you get the idea So I need some help... I'm raising up a team to make The Big Brain Club the best place to be on Skool... ... so what should we be ruthlessly focused on to make this community 1% better everyday? ... Bonus points... ... what will you do to make this community 1% better everyday? Let me know in the comments, and let someone else know if you think they have a good idea.

Showing up. This is my way to contribute. Helping out when I can. Cheering on if this is all it needs.

@Joseph Isosaki slower than anticipated. YET I was also traveling and coming back ill. Sometimes you just need to take the time it takes. 🤷‍♀️
What is your leadership philosophy? 🧭
Hello Big Brains! I'm curious to learn about your unique perspectives on leading people (or being led)? To clarify - "leadership" doesn't mean that you're a manager or have any direct working authority over other people. By definition, "leadership" is the process of influencing and guiding others to achieve common goals by inspiring, motivating, and directing their efforts. I'll go first... Over time, I've learned that my preferred style of leadership is called "Servant Leadership". In my own personal and professional life, I've always appreciated when people have come alongside me to offer support... no strings attached or hidden agendas. I've had friends, neighbors, and work bosses that have simply show up to help make my life easier, inspire me, and [sometimes] shield me from others. I'd love to learn from what has worked best for you?

@Oscar De La Peña so curious what you see for yourself ☺️

@Francisco Miyares yes, this could be quite interesting. I added the shadows to give people a less romantic view. My issue with most of those type defining things is, too many see this as identity, not as an interesting piece of information and a tool for communicating. 🙃
Y'all Are Outlandishly Kind in the DMs...
So many of you been checking in with me... and even though I haven't yet had the bandwidth to respond appropriately... i want you to know it's been so meaningful to have you all on the journey with me. It's really what the big brain club is all about... for folks to feel like they have people by their side as they take risks and build the lives they desire. So here's a quick video of updates from my end... Also, here's a link to an epic podcast I just put out that has been generating amazing opportunities... -> HERE So I'm curious ... Do you think I should go to China? Shout-out to @Othmane Boumzebra @Dani Rosenblad James @Stephen York @The Skool Cat @Francisco Miyares @Navreet Pabla and @Riley ghiles Ikni for checking in. Thanks for being my community.

@Joseph Isosaki how could that deal look like?
Diana Frank – Pathfinder pretending to be a Strategist
Origin I’m a systems thinker at heart, and I learned from one of the kindest souls that “we make our life complicated because we don’t look at the actual complexity.” For me, almost everything comes down to three things: – A deep love for humans (okay, not for everyone, but for most…) – Pattern recognition (and connecting the dots in ways most can’t) – The intention we set, not what’s happening ‚to‘ us or ‚for‘ us, but what we want it to become, whatever it takes to make it happen. (And yes, if you truly want something, there might be something you need to give up for it. Yet not going after what is meant for you often comes at an even higher cost.) I truly believe we all have gifts, and we’re meant to use them for something greater than just ourselves. Call it legacy. Call it making one moment in someone’s life a little better. Call it the footprint you leave. Call it the connections you build, for yourself and for others. Call it… simply because you care. Each one of those reasons counts. And any of them could make all the difference that’s ever needed. ⸻ Desired Future State What do I do with my gifts? Well, if someone describes me as “...being awesome, genuine-strategic and truly engaging in meaningful ways..”, that gives me the sense I’m on the right path. (Thank you, @Sierra Melcher.) In the months ahead, I’m building a client base of company owners and entrepreneurs and beautiful souls who are looking for more than “the market” is offering. They’re looking for a confidant. A soundboard. A fast-thinking sparring partner. Someone they can go fast and deep with, at once. Who love a frank conversation. People who are willing to question the status quo and stretch the edges of possibility. Not in the name of faster, higher, richer, but in pursuit of impact, influence, and meaningful difference. Without surrendering to the standard definitions of “business,” “success,” or even “happiness”—whatever those abstract things are ever supposed to mean… ⸻
