@Ashley Jasper I for sure have some stuff I've seen and experienced that is beyond my own perception , I'm open to any questions about practicing, I hold nothing back in day to day and def not with my work spiritually , it's great to meet real ppl that do this !!

I think it means sure they may start with a lower pay but the spark of creative forces with there own self and new coworkers will help them climb the ladder quickly, you should always follow the path that is calling your soul not crushing it

I would tell them thy are for sure struggling and the conflict is at a really vital time to decide to figure out exactly what the real disagreement is even about. there are underlying feelings of regret or guilt and without acknowledging that, they will quarrel instead of grow together
