I am a nurse practitioner who is self-employed as a 1099 independent contractor. I opened my practice 21 months ago and for most banks they require 24 months of employment and Tax returns. I had neither so it wasn’t easy. I researched and researched and connected with a guy from Torro Funding who connected me with a guy from Big Think Capital who secures loans through Figure bank.
