Mornings are my favorite time !! what’s helped me most is treating my mornings less like a “perfect routine” and more like a ritual. I set the intention for my day just right after I open my eyes. I’m blessed to live close to the beach, so I go to see the sunrise and do some breathwork for 10-15 minutes, then gym or some yoga. This ritual changes how I relate to the rest of the day. For me the biggest shift wasn’t finding the “best” practice, but repeating simple ones long enough to actually do it out of devotion for myself. It takes consistency, but then just one day you magically wake up and without thinking, just do it, and feel joy.
