Today I went to the gym for the fourth time this week, and I’m really proud of that! To celebrate, I treated myself to a delicious lunch including a piece of cake. And honestly? I don’t feel bad at all, because I tracked everything and stayed aware of my calories. Balance feels so good. 🍰😄 I’m excited for next week and ready to keep building these habits.
