So, we had a session with our friend @Julia Vicze-Mathe this morning, and she gave us permission to share a few interesting excerpts. We were talking about kidney stones. Her Higher Self advised that our physical bodies are purging hidden pockets of energy as we transit through this upgrading energy. The energy balls get encapsulated and then flushed out (one way is through the kidneys). If our diet also contains foods that cause a build up around that energy ball (OR if we begin to metabolize foods differently, which can cause that build up), it can cause a stone. I then asked her HS what foods she was consuming that were causing the build up. They started naming them: some leafy greens, nuts... I jumped in, "oxalates?" HS said, yes. That plus a high mineral content in the water in her region. I found it super interesting that @James Roach intuitively sent out a newsletter only two days ago about his own recent experience with overconsuming oxalates AND @William Brown had the same issue that same week! I’ve come to realize that being a Starseed isn’t always about having some dramatic, out-of-this-world experience. Most of the time… it’s quieter than that. It shows up as a feeling you’ve carried your whole life—something you couldn’t quite explain, but never fully ignored either. Here are 3 signs I’ve noticed, walking a similar path: 🌌 1. You’ve Always Felt Homesick for Somewhere I Can’t Explain Not sad exactly… just a quiet kind of longing. Like Earth is beautiful—but it doesn’t always feel like the full picture. There have been moments where I look at the stars and feel something deeper than curiosity… almost like recognition. And it doesn’t make logical sense.But it feels real. 👁️ 2. You’ve Always Been Drawn to Space, UFOs, or the Unseen A curiosity about: - 🪐 space - 👽 galactic life - 🔮 consciousness beyond what we can see It didn’t feel like just “interest.”It felt familiar. Sometimes it showed up through: - 🌙 dreams - 🔁 synchronicities - ⚡ moments I couldn’t fully explain But no matter what, something in me kept looking up… and wondering. 🔥 3. You’ve Always Felt Like I Came Here for Something Bigger This one runs deep. Not in an ego way. Not like “I’m special.” More like a quiet inner knowing: “There’s something I’m here to do… and I haven’t fully remembered it yet.” It’s a pull toward: - 💫 helping - 💚 healing - 🎨 creating - 🌱 awakening And even when I’ve tried to ignore it… life has a way of bringing me back to it. 🧭 What Being a Starseed Really Means For me, being a starseed isn’t about escaping this world. It’s about being fully here—but with awareness of something more. It’s about: - remembering who I am - integrating that into my human life - and allowing that to guide how I show up Not perfectly.Just honestly. 💭 If This Resonates… Maybe you’ve felt this too.
