Hi everyone! Thank you @Brenda Rigney for this list. What a GREAT idea!! My podcast is Chaos to Connection. It explores the shift from approval-driven living to self-led, emotionally connected relationships. Through the lens of boundaries, nervous system regulation, and generational pattern-breaking, I support women in creating lasting internal and relational change. I love collaborating with podcasts in parenting, personal growth, relationships, emotional wellness, and women’s empowerment. Why AI matters when life (and business) shifts
Life looks different these days. My daughters are both away at university—one in Montreal, the other in Halifax. The house is quiet, and when we do overlap, they’re busy living their lives (as they should!). But here’s the thing: I don’t want my business pulling me away when I do get that precious time with them. And in midlife, I know I’m not alone. Many of us are juggling kids becoming adults, aging parents, and businesses that still need our attention. That’s where AI has been a game changer. Instead of being “on” 24/7, I can create tools that support my clients even when I’m not online. It frees me to be present with my family without the guilt of neglecting my business. And it helps me do something even more important: stay competitive. Because the reality is, the business landscape is shifting fast. The entrepreneurs who know how to integrate AI—whether that’s streamlining their systems, building custom GPTs, or using AI to create content—are the ones who will stay relevant, creative, and ahead of the curve. That’s why I created the AI-Driven Business Summit. This free 3-day event brings together 50+ expert speakers who will share practical ways to use AI to lighten your workload and grow your business. Inside, you’ll get: - Step-by-step trainings on AI-powered copywriting, filmmaking, sales pages, and emails that convert. - Guidance on the legal and ethical side of using AI. - Tools and strategies to help you get seen—whether through your podcast, blog, or social media. - Access to a supportive Skool community, plus gifts, resources, and tools to put everything you learn into action. 👉 Here’s my question for you: How has your season of life shaped the way you run your business? Hit reply and share. I’d love to hear. 🧡

The Untouchable Belief I’m Challenging
Morning Campers We’ve been sold this idea that failure is the worst thing that can happen. Lose money? Failed launch? Unfollows? We make it mean something about us — that we’re broken, not cut out for this, or should quit and “get a real job.” I’ve been there. When I left corporate and was also going through my divorce, my brain went to the absolute worst-case scenario — living under the Burrard Street Bridge in a tent with my dog, with my kids visiting sometimes. Total doomsday scrolling. But here’s what I’ve learned: failure isn’t the end, it’s data. The brain just kicks into fight, flight, freeze, or fawn — and when we’re dysregulated, it feels impossible to keep going. That’s why nervous system work matters just as much as strategy. For me, it’s things like: - Moving my body - Breathwork or meditation - Eating nourishing food and cutting the sugar/caffeine loops When I regulate first, I don’t throw my business in the metaphorical trash can. I see the failure as feedback and keep moving forward. ✨ Curious for you: What’s your go-to practice for getting regulated and back on track when business feels overwhelming? See you at the AI-Driven Business Summit. Doors open on October 6: Click here to reserve your seat.

@Brenda Rigney Thank you for this perspective. I've come to learn failure is inevitable. I believe the only real failure is quitting. I have experienced many failures and use them as an opportunity to GROW. That to me is not failure but a growth opportunity. Is it dysregulating? Yes. Another opportunity to experience feelings and work with them. Life is interesting!! 🙂❤️✨
