I started as a pharmacy tech. Twenty one years later I am leading pharmacy automation at a large healthcare system in North Carolina, using AI in my own workflows and teaching my team to do the same. Something I keep seeing nobody address. Every healthcare AI initiative is built for clinical staff. The admin teams, analysts, project managers, and operations coordinators get skipped every time. Their workload is just as heavy. Their need for AI tools is just as real. So I built something specifically for them.
