Here is what that silence actually means — and what it does not. Your manager's silence is not the same as organizational prohibition. It is not the same as organizational permission either. It is a gap. And navigating that gap correctly comes down to three specific factors that most healthcare professionals have never had laid out for them clearly. Today's article does that.
