Happy Friday!
Hey guys, excited to join you on this adventure. Here's a bit about me: • Former mechanical engineer. • Last year, I decided to go full-time, building a boutique email marketing agency. • Been writing on LinkedIn for about 7 months. • Currently living in Bangkok. • Love being outdoors in nature, going on adventures, and cafe surfing. I love to write, my email game is strong, but I've realised there's more to it when it comes to growing a LinkedIn audience and attracting high-value clients from the platform. So I'm here to learn... I'm here to connect with like-minded people. And I'm here to help You, in any way I can. Thanks for reading. Arran.

I've about the First 5 minutes and the Golden Hour, 60 minutes after you post being very important far as LinkedIn's algorithm goes...the sooner and more engagement you get, the better your reach... I'll have to find the article where I read this... Also, note, there are posts that go viral, but I've learned that some content creators are crafty and some game the system a big... They have engagement groups both paid and unpaid... I know many of us take issue with the paid part--it feels like it's cheating... I'll leave that judgement up to you but the more your message aligns with your target audience, the better, even it doesn't say go viral...

A few months before I didn’t even exist on LinkedIn.
Now, I’ve built a network of 2,832+ friends And worked on over 100 LinkedIn profiles. But here’s the wild thing I noticed… 93.01%+ of people are making this one mistake. Especially in the Featured Section. Most of you are pinning your top-performing post just because it got likes and comments. But guess what? ✅ Likes ≠ Leads ✅ Comments ≠ Conversions Your Featured Section is not your highlight reel. It's your conversion zone. So if you're not using it to drive people to: Your lead magnet Your newsletter A free resource A case study Or a discovery call link... You're leaving real money on the table. I say this with love: That viral post isn’t building your business. Start thinking strategically. Use the Featured Section like a landing page. Because profile views are free traffic and you’re wasting it. So here’s my quick tip: Before pinning anything, ask: Can this help someone take the next step with me? If not, time to change it. Super pumped to be part of Growth Innovators! 🎉
Hello Growth Innovators, TL;DR (too long; didn’t read) version: 1. I mentor people that want to start or grow a career in Tech & 2. Optimizes businesses starting with their process and then by automating those processes with Salesforce-style CRMs It is a pleasure to be here. I wrote my first line of code when I was 7 on a computer my dad built 🙂 and although an entrepreneur at heart, I guess I found technology as the path to optimize anything. That is how I landed in tech, I had a few various businesses along the way in various industries, but starting 2010 I stumbled upon training and mentoring people that want to join the tech industry, specifically Salesforce. And that is what I have been doing ever since: - I trained hundreds of people on how to become Salesforce experts - 80 of those people banded together to form our own implementation agency - Almost finished writing my book on the same topic (How to become a Salesforce expert) - and overall I help the people I train about positive thinking, leadership, inspiring others, and just helping people overall - love travelling and live between San Francisco, Montreal, Zurich and sometimes Eastern Europe Now, 2025 is the year when I finally finish my book that I started last year (98% done), properly continue/restart with the podcast, and go all in into LinkedIn and Substack for Personal Brand authority as the CRM Guy! 😆 Excited to be here! What is your biggest challenge with LinkedIn (just curious)? For me, it’s lack of time and so the need to systematize!

@Oskar Niedbalski I'm working on starting a newsletter and I had ChatGPT Plus draft me some weekly outlines for my target audience... Of course, tap in and get some advice from Alex, but also consider asking whatever AI you're using that same question...it may give you a few good ideas to start working with...

@Iulian Chiriac I agree...don't over-think it, post first...and let the post and engagement move you forward...
Need your feedback and support
Hey everyone 👋 I haven’t been active here for a while because of work, but I wanted to share something new I tried for the first time. Yesterday, I launched my first-ever lead magnet on LinkedIn — a playbook on LLMSEO (how to make content visible across AI search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini). Here’s what happened so far in 14 hours: 600+ impressions 90+ video views (average 10s watch time) 7 comments (3 people directly asked for the playbook) Small but steady profile reach outside my immediate network This might not sound like “viral” traction, but for me, it’s a big step (In fact, to many people here, this doesn't sound like traction at all). I did this solo (no automation, no team, no pods) — just my content + video walkthrough + pinned comment CTA. 👉 I’d love to know from this community: 1. How would you improve my CTA (right now it’s gated by asking people to comment)? 2. Any tips on how to drive more engagement-to-lead conversions from a first post like this?
