1️⃣ Confidence is your content. You don’t have to be perfect on camera. You have to be present. Brands can feel when you’re holding back and they can feel when you’re fully in it. Show up as you and that alone will set you apart. 2️⃣ Brands don’t want perfect. They want real. From the brand side I can tell you authenticity converts. The creators who book consistently are not the most polished ones. They are the ones who feel like a real person talking to a real person. 3️⃣A million views does not equal success. Yes brands look at views but what I know now from the other side is views do not always equal conversions. The brands who are really paying attention are looking at click through, engagement quality, and whether you are actually building trust with your audience.
