Ooo I was sitting in the power (using Carey’s meditation). My left leg went numb and heavy. Then shortly after I felt a female elderly presence. She felt like she belonged to the land and is here to help guide me in using plants. She had a Native American feel to her. I was mesmerized by her beautiful grey long hair 😊.
