We talked about how personal branding isn’t optional if you want to grow. If people don’t see you, they don’t think of you. And if they don’t think of you, they don’t refer you, hire you, or bring you into opportunities. A few key takeaways: - Personal brand = pipelineYour content is what keeps you top of mind. It builds trust before the conversation even happens. - Podcasts are a relationship tool, not just contentGetting on podcasts (or hosting your own) creates warm conversations with the right people — referral partners, clients, and deal flow. - Consistency beats perfectionYou don’t need everything dialed in to start. You need reps. Visibility compounds over time. - If you’re not being seen, you’re being forgottenThe people winning right now are the ones showing up consistently and putting themselves in the right rooms. Strong session today. Tony Guarnaccia broke down a simple but important concept: if AI doesn’t recognize you as the expert, your market won’t either. The focus was on getting positioned through podcasting, consistent content, and strategic visibility so you show up as the authority when people (and AI) are looking. Big takeaway: authority isn’t claimed—it’s built through repetition, placement, and being seen in the right conversations. We also spent time on referral partnerships, which is where the real opportunities are coming from inside this group. Making intentional connections, identifying who you should be aligned with, and actually having the conversations that lead to deals. If you were on, take action on one visibility move and one referral move this week. If you missed it, make sure you’re in the room next time. This is where deals get created.
