If you've been sitting on a service idea and can't quite work out what to include, who it's for or how to describe it, PackageBot will help you get it sorted. It walks you through designing your package, testing it with the right people and refining it. This means you spend less time second-guessing yourself and get your package in front of clients sooner. You know how people remember the bad parts of work more than the good bits? Well, I help purpose-led leaders and organisations to get on top of the things that cause psychological harm so that work doesn’t impact the wellbeing of the people that work there. I do that through advisory services, workshops and coaching that address psychosocial safety risks, strengthen leadership practices and sustain personal wellbeing at work and in life.
