Today is officially Day 50 for Skool Homeroom... and it's the first day I struggled. What do I post today? What's the current energy in the room? What does everyone need today? And I didn't have the answers. It got me to thinking about something... Sometimes building your community, keeping up the engagement, showing up and leading comes from intuition... - Intuition that you have from knowing your people - that comes from showing up consistently - from actually being in the room with them But sometimes we get stuck and that's when we need to fall back on your strategy. And if you don't have a strategy in place... when you have a day where you're struggling Everything just kind of… stops. So now I’m curious… For those of you building your Skool communities...
