[UPDATE]**The 24 Hours Results Are In [Case Study Landed]
Case Study: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5yxcX6MyIc8 **ORIGINAL POST** 2 Days ago I was recording a live build of an AI receptionist for a chiropractor and during that recording I said: "Files n' folders people, that's all this is" Instantly I wanted to buy the domain, so I did when I got off the recording. Then yesterday, I research which market to enter with ICM as the wedge, and launched it. Yesterday I did that. About 90% of the work was done with claude code + my skills + my folders and files acting as "software". And today I just did a 24 hour case study on how I used Claude Code and ICM Folder Structure to go from Idea to launched to an ugly old 2006 styled webpage converting at 28%. In between the screen shot and doing the live recording, people opted in from YT and the conversion rates actually went up lol The video is cooking in the oven and released later today. 1 lead even pops in live on screen I missed that Claude caught during render and highlighted for me lol Here is the report that I had generated during the live call: https://claude.ai/code/artifact/525d8e7b-c7c9-4ee7-b03e-26881bc6899f Look for the drop later on "today" P.S. The two ICM Folder testimonials made it on screen. And the fact I have live traffic coming from Youtube means their getting free exposure. @Gabriel Azoulay and @Darren Soares you get shown in my next video. I clicked on your sites and walked through them each a minute. 🚀 If you use ICM Folders and have a testimonial, go to this post and let me add you to www.filesnfolders.com That post is pinned here

Making ICM work for non tech
I’ve been testing various skills on my Video Worker, which is part of a larger ICM-based Suite I’ve been building over the last few weeks. The idea started with a question: "Can I take the power of an ICM workspace and make it genuinely useful to someone who has no interest in becoming technical?" I had already built a collection of workers for myself — Conductor, Research, Writing, Transcription, Design, Builder, Video and Marketing. They grew out of my own needs as a teacher and content creator. Over time, I realized the real value wasn't any individual worker. It was that they shared context. Research could inform the Writer. The Writer could feed Design. A transcript could become content. Video could work from the same source material. Marketing could understand what had actually been created rather than starting from a generic prompt. The problem was that the architecture that made this possible was also the thing most non-technical users would never want to deal with. So I built a GUI over it and called it Quiet Scribe. The organizing concept is a nonfiction book. Not because everyone necessarily wants to become an author, but because a book is a great way to force knowledge into structure. Once that knowledge is captured and organized, the same context can become articles, posts, visuals, videos, a course, a website, or marketing material. My first demo failed pretty badly. 😂 The interface looked great, but exposing the workers through the GUI revealed architectural gaps I hadn't noticed while using them directly. That sent me into three days of auditing the workers: folder structures, instructions, retained context, unfinished changes, handoffs, and things we'd learned through use that had never made it back into the architecture. The second demo was probably 80% better. More interestingly, improving the underlying architecture improved what the workers could do together. The Video Worker in this clip, for example, can now take a long demo/transcript, work from timestamps, identify different storylines, and develop shorter video treatments from the source material.

@Ry Mac "AI Human Departments" hahaha I tell my friends my "workers" helped make the video, or image, or solve a problem they couldn't. And they wonder where I hired them :)

@Ry Mac HAHAHA- i wrote a post once about that idea - 'is it named as a person or names as a function?" I see it as "the 'chicken and the egg debate'" - fun conversation twister
Live Case Study: 24 Hour Results Are In With 68 Hour Update
I was recording a video building an AI receptionist for a chiropractor live and during that call I said: "Files and folders people, that's all this is" I immediately bought the domain. Fired up my research skill (the same one in the first classroom) Validated there is a need to simplify multi-agentic workflows in general. It reported back various industries complaints. I sifted through and found the one that I know for a fact is being sold over engineered crap Agency owners. I will be doing cold outreach to them eventually but enough is coming in at the moment that I need to focus in here. Anywho... My 1 agent: Created my story [I was using files in folders in 2006 as a broke Marine trying to make money online to upload sites and now I am doing it again 20 years later] Used my direct sales letter skill [also in the first classroom] to have the page written Used my vsl skill to have my script written I used my Claude Code + Remotion to make the VSL. Used Claude code to launch it to the interwebs. It did 90% of the work, here are the results after 24 hours: 28 percent converting on 89 visitors 35 percent converting on 100 visitors [live during the call I ask it to report] Currently 2.5 days in, the current stats: 39 percent as it sits currently (Click the blue thingy for that report) Watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5yxcX6MyIc8 All of the skills I used to do 10 percent of the work are available here in the classroom, free. I put it in the most obvious spot: START HERE. Get the files and folders package to point at your AI in the classroom here @Darren Soares and @Gabriel Azoulay use ICM. They got me their testimonial so their sites are live on the site and getting exposure.

"I run my whole operation on the ICM folder system. I can open each worker cold, with no memory of the work, and it can read the folder and know what it's looking at and what to do next." — Gabriel Azoulay, The Quiet AI, thequietai.com Subscription confirmed :)

@Ry Mac hahah where? I even gave my email. Oh you mean feedback on the site - opps! True. It was simple and easy to follow, has a feel of an old school landing page, which I enjoyed :) With the simplicity and ease of the page, I felt at odds at the text rushing along the red bar at the top.
Stop being the errand boy: Lesson Check-In
