Hi everyone, I'm Maor. Originally from Israel but living in Germany for more than a decade by now. I've been using various Linux distros for nearly two years now. Running Fedora Sway spin as my daily driver now and improving my setup with every day that goes by. Trying to make the shift to run Arch Linux + Sway as my daily driver. Building Arch the hard way, the correct way, from scratch is not an issue but setting up the machine to be fully operational and comfortable is definitely a challenge. I have done the KCNA, KSA, and CKA during my shift to DevOps/Cloud/SRE and built my Kubernetes homelab environments (K3s/Flux, Talos/Argo CD). I have solid foundational knowledge across the Kubernetes ecosystem and some production experience on AKS. I've started working for a cloud provider recently and have only now begun being exposed to daily troubleshooting managed Kubernetes issues on public and private cloud (air-gapped environment). It's really exciting! My main goal is to go deeper into Talos Linux and Omni. Designating my previously built Talos/Argo CD combo. I first built it on bare metal and then shifted to deploying it onto a Proxmox VE cluster. I plan to invest time mostly on the weekends to level up my skills and proficiency.
