Keeping each week super simple :) Meal 1 - 🍳 Eggs in ghee/ Smoked salmon Meal 2 - Beef Mince or Steak bites/ tallow Had sight hunger increase. So I’ve been sipping on bone broth during the day. Typically eat within 2 hours of waking and then the next meal is around 4-5pm. Hitting goals 8-10k steps/ day 🚶♀️ 🐕 2x Lifting Days 🏋️♀️ 1 long slow dist run 🏃🏻♀️
I usually eat a sirloin burger and 5 eggs but deviated for a few days to enjoy some pork and turkey products. However, Chronometer showed me I had compromised my nutritional goals by omitting red meat. So I resumed my routine breakfast for now. I don't do well with variety. 🤪
Thursday was burgers & chicken throughout the day Friday - scallops throughout the day. Did 3 sets of full body workout with weights. Saturday - 2 rib- eye steaks.
