Hey Everyone. Where do I start 🤔 Life is such an adventure - I like to think of myself as guide. I’m currently in the process of realigning my life to fulfil my purpose, which is to guide people through the awakening process and embracing the human experience. My time is spread across being a parent and a cricket coach (in the summer) as well as the occasional building project. In addition, I’m very enthusiastically moving into my new identity, through which I have several projects that I’m working on. The first is a social enterprise called: The Mind Body & Soul collective, our inaugural project is a men’s circle which primarily focuses on mental health, addiction and masculine identity. There are more projects within the collective that will follow. Secondly, I have a life coaching practice called Sherpa coaching. I use a process called the Slef-Mapping experice which helps clients to gain a deep understanding of themselves, thus restoring choice, accountability & a more authentic and fulfilling life. Lastly, I’m in the process of curating a Spiritual safari, which aims to deliver guided explorations in Africa, from a spiritual perspective. I’m thrilled to be here and super excited to grow the “behind the scenes” side of my business, through this platform. ❤️‍🔥

I love the idea of making the calls more encompassing, I think themes will naturally emerge. Times are tricky for me being in the U.K., I’m usually doing school pick ups are after school clubs/getting dinner ready as I’m 5hrs ahead of you. 4pm EST is 9pm for me which means I’m free from other responsibilities.
