Let us be honest about what we are not being honest about. Take social media, for example. We often gloss over things in captions, leaving out the stuff that feels too tender for our stories. We act like we have perfect lives, even though we are just trying to curate a version of ourselves that feels good enough to share. For many of us, the reality is that we are juggling burnout at our careers, being a present mom, keeping a clean home, and launching businesses, all while trying to film a perfect 60-second reel. For me it's how lonely running an online business can feel, like yes you're grateful and yes you love what you do, but the weight of carrying it all, the decisions, the emotions, the pressure to get it right, can feel so heavy, and most people don't see that part. We don't need to fix it or spin it, we just need a space to name it. I will start. I wish more people talked honestly about the quiet loneliness that comes with trying to do it all while maintaining a perfect online image. What about you? What is one thing you wish more people talked about honestly?
