I just checked our community stats and I have some news. 𝟲5% 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝟭. 👀 Now listen...I am not here to call anybody out. But I AM here to call everybody UP. 🩷 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵: This community was not built for lurkers. It was not built for scrollers. It was not built for people who save posts and say "I'll get to that later." Let's have a real conversation. You can have the most beautiful community in the world. Great name. Pretty graphics. Solid content. But if you don't have a lead magnet working for you? You're relying on luck to fill your room. And luck is not a strategy. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗮 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀: 1️⃣ 𝗜𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 A random follower is not the same as a qualified member. When someone downloads your free guide, template, or training, they're raising their hand and saying "I have this problem." That's a real signal. Make them feel like the most important people in your world. Because they are. Without your members you do not have a community. You have an empty room. What transformation are you all working toward? What does life look like on the other side of the work you are doing together?
