🏆 Weekly Comp #2: The Artifact Sprint 🏆
💰 Week 1 winner @Ian Barriopedro took home $200 cash. 🎟️ This week the prize gets bigger. ✨ Winner gets a FREE seat in The Lyceum. ✨ https://www.skool.com/quantum-quill-lyceum-1116/12-weeks-real-projects-250k-in-prizes-lets-talk?p=e850567b 🎯 Pick your cohort: Technical, Business, or Creator. Your call. 📋 THE CHALLENGE: "The Returning Client" You just got hired again. Different client this time. Meet Marcus. 👋 📎 Download the full client brief attached to this post. 🛠️ YOUR DELIVERABLE An interactive artifact built in Claude that does what Marcus asked for. ✍️ Plus a 100 word writeup covering: - 👤 Who it's for - ⚙️ What it does - 🎨 One design choice you made and why 📐 THE RULES ✅ It has to work ✅ It has to sound like Marcus, not a bank ✅ The writeup matters ⚖️ Judging: Myself, Jake, and the mods. 🎟️ Who can enter: Premium and VIP members only. Free members, this is your sign. Upgrade and you're in the running for a Lyceum seat. 🚀 📨 How to submit: Drop a screen recording or screenshot of your artifact, the link if you've got one, and your writeup in the comments below. 📅 Deadline: Saturday, May 2nd at 12:00 PM EST 🎉 Winner announced: Monday, May 4th at 12:00 PM EST 💡 A note before you start. This isn't a finance challenge. It's a design and voice challenge. You don't need to be a CFP to win this. Read the brief. Marcus tells you exactly what he wants and how he thinks. Your job is to build something that solves his problem and sounds like him. 🆕 If you've never built an artifact in Claude before, this is a great first one. The brief is clear, the scope is reasonable, and the bar is "would Marcus actually send this to a prospect?" 🔥 @Ian Barriopedro set the standard last week. Your turn. LFG 🚀

To anyone on the fence: ship the thing. The bar is tighter than 90% of real client work, which is a feature not a bug.
🏆 Weekly Comp #1 Winner: Ian Barriopedro
14 likes. Most in the comments. Community voted, and @Ian Barriopedro took it. $200 cash. Yours. Check out his entry here: https://iatoba72.github.io/ruffcuts/ He didn't just write a brand voice doc. He built a site for it. Structured the whole thing so anyone Dana hands it to can actually use it. That's the bar. For everyone who entered, real talk: the quality across the board was strong. This was a tight vote. If you didn't win this round, you've got another shot coming. What's next: Comp #2 drops soon. Heads up though, we said it in the rules and we meant it. The challenges get harder from here. More creative. More technical. This first one was the warmup. If you're a free member watching from the sidelines, this is your sign. Premium and VIP only for comps. $200 cash up for grabs every week or a free lyceum entry!! @Ian Barriopedro , congrats. Dm me so I know where to send the cash. Everyone else, get ready. Next one's coming!!

Thanks @Matthew Creamer and everyone who clicked, love to have found this comunity! The bet was treating Dana's brand voice doc like a spec, not a deliverable. Worked. Hat tip to @Marcos Accioly's layered guide and @Donald Roy's autoresearch rubric will both live in my tabs. 💖

🎉 New Course: Davids Corner
🎉 Meet your new admin: @David Vogel Some of you have been watching this happen in real time. David has been quietly turning his "Show Your Work" posts into one of the most useful threads in this community for months. Resource roundups, deep-dives, honest takes on what's actually working in production. No fluff. No hype. 🛠️ So I gave him the keys. 🔑 David is now an admin of Clief Notes, and he has his own classroom: 🏛️ David's Corner. Go check it out. AI Acronym Overload? Here's the Cheat Sheet - Davids Corner 📂 What's in David's Corner He started with the resource post a lot of you bookmarked last week and has been steadily expanding it. As of right now you'll find: 🔥 Must Have Resources - 🎨 Looking for design inspiration? - 🧠 AI Acronym Overload? Here's the Cheat Sheet - ⭐ Some of My Favorite Resources 📚 Learning for Everyone - 🥊 Obsidian is BLOAT! Batter Up - 💰 Flip the Script — It's all about the $$$ - 👻 Do You Have a Soul? - 🔄 My AI Workflow Evolution 👨‍💻 Developer Resources - 🕵️ LEAKED: Ten Prompts from Experts - ⚡ Introducing the Hermes Stack 🎯 David and Jakes Picks (this one's going to grow) Plus he's curating trusted YouTube channels and a running list of favorite community posts on resources inside the corner. So if you wrote something good about a tool, a stack, or a workflow, that's where it might end up. 👀 He's adding more weekly. If something stops delivering, he wants to hear about it. That's how the corner stays sharp. 🔪 💡 Why this matters The Vault and The Drawing Room give you my methodology. David's Corner gives you a second lens. Same standards (battle-tested, no theory, no marketing slides), different angle. He's been in the trenches with tools and stacks, and he writes about them honestly. ✅ What you can do 1. 🔖 Go bookmark David's Corner in the classroom 2. 💬 Drop a comment under his posts when something works (or doesn't) 3. 📨 Got a resource that should be in there? Tag him. He's curating.

@Donald Roy Of all the approaches here i think this is the deepest one. Heard about the autoresearch loop pattern before but never actually wired one up, im gonna go for it after this! One idea worth chewing on: you've got a 94% prompt that already works. What if you ran the loop in reverse, like instead of adding rules, start cutting words and clauses one at a time and only keep the cut if the score holds. You'd be empirically testing whether the prompt is at minimum length, and i bet you'd end up rediscovering what the caveman folks claim lol. Confidence lives in the final sentence! loved that Very impressed. Hats off, sir.
