Great Chant Lab LIVE today!!!
We had a great session with our Premier members chatting and chanting the "Numbers Only" Chant. Focusing on clarity and building rhythm with just numbers was the path we ventured on today. My About Video.
As promised here is my video. I’m a little tired cause I’ve been working outside all day, but I made it a point to get this video done today and it might not be the best but I do know if I do more videos I will get better.

@Julie Fluharty thank you! It was great to see everyone’s style and the pointers that help to improve and help us become better auctioneers.
Promo Videos
Here’s one I made using photos in Canva. I’m curious how everyone else is creating their promo videos and what you’ve found works best. Are you filming everything yourself, hiring someone, or using AI or editing apps? I’d also love to know what types of videos seem to get the most engagement and actually lead to bookings or inquiries. Looking forward to seeing what everyone is doing!

Need Interview Practice? I've just uploaded a huge resource to help you!
Just added to the Auctioneer Competition Preparation Class! Inside are the official International Auctioneers Championship (IAC) final-round interview questions from the past five years. Use these to practice your responses and prepare for your next auctioneer contest. Remember, judges aren't just evaluating your answer—they're evaluating you. They want to see someone who can confidently represent the auction industry and serve as a professional ambassador. As you practice: - Keep your answers to 1–2 minutes. - Organize each response around 3 key points. - Be clear, concise, and confident. - Answer the question directly before expanding. - Include a brief personal story or real-world example when appropriate. - Speak authentically—don't try to sound like someone else. - Maintain strong eye contact, good posture, and purposeful body language. - Eliminate filler words like "um," "uh," and "you know." - Smile naturally and let your passion for the auction industry show. - Finish with a strong closing thought instead of trailing off. Pro Tip: Record yourself answering these questions on video. Review not only what you say, but also your posture, facial expressions, hand gestures, pace, and overall stage presence. Great interview performances are practiced—not improvised.

Video Challenge: Who are you?
I challenged a couple of my coaching clients this week to make a "About You" video and post to socials. Here's an example of one that I did on a drive home from an auction. Let me know what you think? Have you done anything like this?
