Some of you may know that I'm creating an app for self-reflection/development tracking, community building, goal setting, and journaling. I'm doing this in an extremely gamified IRL RPG style. Allocate your actions, like you would allocate stat points within a game. By the end of the week, it could take 30 seconds to 30 minutes of being in the app, recording what you need. Some will just want the stats, some will just want the journaling, some will want guild and party functions for accountability through self, and community.
