🏆 WINNING! WEDNESDAY
I want to see wins that are rooted in your absolute, unwavering authority. Not just "I got a new client," but "I got a new client on my terms, at my premium price, and they're thrilled about it." Think about a win this week that specifically affirmed your authority, your unique genius, and your right to own your space. - Was it a moment where you unapologetically stood your ground? - Did you deliver a solution only you could conceive? - Did a client express profound gratitude for your steel-toed boots approach? Describe that win and tell me: How did this specific triumph deepen your conviction in your own authority and your ability to lead? Let's see how your wins are forging an unbreakable sense of self.

This week, I created my networking one sheet and updated my email signature. That required getting clear about what I do, who I work with, and how I want to show up. Warmth. Straight talk. Room to figure it out. That’s what working with me feels like, and I put it in writing. My win was making those decisions and finishing something I can use to put my work in front of people. I know what I bring. My job is to make sure people hear about it.

@Beth Robins “They’ve already been watching me” is a good reminder. We don’t always know who’s paying attention until they reach out. Pretty satisfying when the conversation starts with “I’m ready.”
💪 GROW-SOME-BALLS MONDAY
There's an "elephant in the room" in your business. A massive, looming issue or decision that everyone (including you) is subtly avoiding. It’s draining energy, creating bottlenecks, and preventing true scale. 1. Identify the Elephant: What is the specific "elephant in the room" in your business right now? (e.g., a toxic team member, an outdated offer, a difficult conversation with a partner, a major investment decision). 2. State the Cost of Avoidance: What is the actual, tangible cost of continuing to avoid this issue (lost revenue, lost time, personal stress, missed opportunities)? 3. The Grow-Some-Balls First Step: What is the one, immediate, and uncomfortable step you are taking today to acknowledge and begin to address this elephant? No more tiptoeing around it. Name the elephant, feel the cost, and then take that first, badass step. Let’s Grow Some Balls and clear that room.

@Raquel Soto A fair challenge, Raquel, and I accept. I don’t need every worksheet finished, but I do need enough structure to feel good about what I’m inviting women into.

@Raquel Soto “Stop hiding behind productivity” got me. For me, it's sometimes much more comfortable to finish twelve little tasks than to do the one that requires someone else to say yes or no.
💰 SELL-YOUR-SHIT THURSDAY
It's Q4, and the only "soft close" we're doing is on a perfectly executed deal. Selling your shit isn't about being pushy; it's about being so damn clear on your value that resistance becomes illogical. Imagine you're in a sales conversation. Your prospect is talking about their current pain, their hopes, their struggles. Instead of just nodding, you want to drop a single question that acts as a catalyst, making them vividly aware of the true cost of not hiring you. This question should force them to confront their inaction, their current state, and the direct link between their pain and your solution. It's not manipulative; it's a profound invitation to change. Craft your "Client Transformation Catalyst" question. Make it sharp, insightful, and undeniably powerful. Drop your question below.

@Jennifer Ryan What a great question! Sometimes we’re so busy trying to keep up that we don’t stop to ask what we’d actually do with that time back.

@Beth Robins I love how you're giving them room to imagine what they actually want. When you’ve been in survival mode for a while, that question can be surprisingly hard to answer.
🤹 HOT-MESS-EXPRESS TUESDAY
Let's be real. Some days, it feels like you're not just riding the unicycle, you're also juggling flaming swords and trying to file your taxes. But the difference between a perpetual mess and strategic chaos management is your response. You just got hit with a completely unexpected, utterly chaotic business situation. A tech meltdown. A client crisis. A major setback. Your first instinct is to panic. Instead, your challenge is to describe, in 2-3 sentences, your immediate, badass "Rapid Response Resilience" action. What's the first thing you do to stabilize the situation, maintain your composure, and prevent a total derailment? This isn't about solving the whole problem; it's about the initial, controlled reaction that keeps your empire from crumbling. How do you respond when the shit hits the fan? Share your rapid response.

@Leonne Sherr I love that the pause gives you room to decide how you want to show up without having to pretend you’re fine. There’s a difference between being composed and swallowing everything.

@Raquel Soto The snack and nap might deserve to be higher on the list. Sometimes “I can’t handle any of this” turns out to be “I haven’t eaten and I’m exhausted.” I know that happens to me.

@Leonne Sherr I’ve loved getting to know you through our conversations, and there were still things here I didn’t know—especially Rashida and your athletic background! I can absolutely relate to having so many ideas that acting on all of them can keep you from moving forward. I’m excited to watch The WonderMama and the Wayfinders continue to take shape. And yes, I would absolutely read the fucking book!

@Jennifer Ryan “the Right Yes” caught my attention. I’d much rather have a conversation about whether we’re a good fit than feel like I’m trying to talk someone into something. And as someone with a sarcastic streak, I relate to wanting the sincerity to come through. I care deeply. My mouth just sometimes takes the scenic route.
