I believe there are two primary reasons so many people don’t know what their calling is—aside from God's timing in revealing it to them.
One is distraction.
The other is diet.
And they work in tandem.
In the natural, A poor diet fuels distraction by causing sluggishness and mental fog.
When we feel overwhelmed or stuck, we often turn to social media, TV, or other vices to escape.
A poor diet makes it harder to resist distraction because, spiritually, you’re not taming your flesh—you’re feeding it whatever it wants.
Many people experience breakthrough after a fast because they’ve denied the flesh and chosen to follow the Holy Spirit.
Distraction and diet don’t just coexist—they reinforce each other. When you feed your flesh, you fuel your distractions. But when you deny the flesh, you make room for focus, clarity, and The Holy Spirits direction.
