I just wrapped up my first session, and I couldn’t be happier! I couldn’t start earlier due to traveling, but today I finally got started, and I’m absolutely pumped 🎉
I have to admit, those four sets were something else. The first two sets went really well, I was feeling strong and energized. By the third set, though, it felt like I was climbing a steep mountain, and the fourth set? That one was a killer! But I pushed through, made it to the top, and finished all four sets. I feel fantastic, excited, and ready for more 💪
Now I’m focusing on the food. I’m currently making dinner (potatoes, oops! 😅) and realizing I need to be more disciplined with the menu and nutrition plan. I’ll work on studying and sticking to it better!! Gotta keep leveling up!
