A little nugget I learned last year...
Content is king. Make good content, people will reach out to you. Spent all last year trying to DM all my 52k followers. it did work and I did make a good amount. But decided to switch focus and instead put more effort into making better content. In the last 4 weeks alone, i've had 3 different posts perform well. All but one of the clients i've signed so far this year were from those posts.
