All week you’ve been pushing.

Showing up.

Working.

Thinking.

Carrying more than most people even realize.

And now it’s Saturday.

Time to pause.

Because here’s the truth…

You can’t keep pouring out

if you never take time to be filled back up.

The Bible says,

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

— Matthew 11:28

That’s not just a suggestion…

That’s an invitation.

An invitation to stop striving.

To release the weight.

To breathe again.

The Bible also says,

“He leads me beside quiet waters, He refreshes my soul.”

— Psalm 23:2

That’s what today is about.

Not rushing.

Not grinding.

Not trying to figure everything out.

But resting in Him.

Let Him restore your strength.

Let Him calm your mind.

Let Him renew your spirit.

Because real peace…

doesn’t come from stopping everything.

It comes from trusting the One who’s in control of everything.

So today…

Slow down.

Let go.

And receive the rest you’ve been needing.
