🤖 Meet MNQ Dynamic Sizing BOT
Position-Sizing & Account-Organization Tool for MNQ
If you’re new to futures trading, you may eventually run into a problem that isn’t obvious when you’re learning how to read charts:
Trading one account and managing multiple prop-firm accounts are two very different things.
Once you’re operating multiple evaluation accounts and/or funded accounts, a single trade can require you to answer several questions at once:
  • 💰 How much room does each account actually have before reaching its loss threshold?
  • 📏 How far away is the stop for this particular setup?
  • 🧮 How many MNQ contracts can each account take?
  • 🛑 Is that stop even permitted under the risk framework?
  • 🏦 Is the account an evaluation or a funded PA?
  • 📋 Which accounts should be grouped together because they use the same contract quantity?
Trying to calculate all of that manually across many accounts creates opportunities for mistakes.
That’s the purpose of MNQ Group Sizer and Organizer AI.
🎯 What Is MNQ Group Sizer and Organizer AI?
MNQ Group Sizer and Organizer AI is a custom GPT designed for one specialized job:
Turn your MNQ stop distances, RewardCap, and each prop account’s remaining risk Room into rule-compliant MNQ position sizes and organized account groups.
It is not a trading signal service.
It does not decide whether Nasdaq is bullish or bearish.
It does not find trades for you.
It does not invent entries, POIs, stops, or profit targets.
Instead, it handles an entirely different part of the trading process:
🛡️ Risk sizing and account organization.
You identify the trade structure.
MNQ Group Sizer and Organizer AI determines how that structure translates into position size across your accounts.
🧠 Why Is This Necessary?
Here’s one of the first concepts a new prop trader needs to understand.
Imagine an account displays:
💵 $52,000
A beginner might naturally think:
“I have $52,000 available to trade.”
But that isn’t necessarily the number that matters when determining how much the account can risk.
The account may have a loss threshold underneath it.
Suppose that account can only lose another:
⚠️ $1,500
before reaching its relevant drawdown or liquidation threshold.
For this system, that $1,500 is the important number.
It’s called:
🟢 Room
Room = the dollars remaining before the relevant trail, auto-liquidation threshold, or maximum-loss floor is reached.
That distinction is extremely important.
MNQ Group Sizer and Organizer AI does not simply look at the big account balance and size trades from it.
The sizing calculation is based on Room.
If the trading platform displays the liquidation floor instead of remaining Room, the relationship is:
Room = Equity − Floor
And if Room is zero or negative:
Position size = 0 MNQ.
That account sits out.
📸 This Is Why Your Account Screenshots Matter
MNQ Group Sizer and Organizer AI can use properly configured account screenshots to identify information such as:
  • 🏷️ Account ID
  • 💵 Equity
  • 🛡️ Remaining Room
  • 🏦 Account type
  • ⚠️ Negative Room
  • 📈 Open P/L that may indicate the screenshot was taken mid-trade
Different platforms display risk information differently.
For example, Tradovate can display fields such as Dist Drawdown Net Liq or Dist to Auto Liq, while RTrader Pro may provide an Auto Liquidate Threshold Value from which Room can be determined.
The key principle is always the same:
The AI needs the account’s actual remaining risk Room—not simply the account’s headline balance.
And if the necessary number cannot be identified confidently, MNQ Group Sizer and Organizer AI is designed to stop and ask rather than guess.
📏 Next Comes Your Stop Distance
Once the accounts are loaded correctly, the next question becomes:
Where would this particular trade be proven wrong?
Your trading framework uses five possible structural measurements:
  1. 🕔 5-minute POI
  2. 🕒 15-minute POI
  3. 🕐 1-hour POI
  4. ✨ TMT 1:1
  5. 📐 TMT Range POI
The trader identifies these distances.
The AI does not manufacture them.
Suppose the nearest valid 5-minute POI is:
75.5 points
The framework requires an additional:
+20-point buffer
Therefore:
75.5 + 20 = 95.5 points
That 95.5-point distance becomes the Effective Stop, abbreviated:
E
💵 Turning Points Into Actual Dollars
MNQ—the Micro E-mini Nasdaq-100 futures contract—is valued at:
$2 per point per contract
So an Effective Stop of 95.5 points represents:
95.5 × $2 = $191
That means:
🔴 One MNQ contract would risk $191 with that stop distance.
Now the system has something extremely useful.
It knows the dollar risk of one contract.
The next step is determining how many contracts each individual account can support under the prescribed risk rules.
🧮 Example: From Room to MNQ Contracts
Suppose an evaluation account currently has:
Room = $2,983.50
For TPT and Apex evaluation accounts, this framework allows:
33% of Room
So:
$2,983.50 × 0.33 = $984.56
The example stop risks:
$191 per MNQ
Therefore:
$984.56 ÷ $191 = 5.15 MNQ
But this system never rounds position size upward.
It uses the mathematical floor.
Therefore:
✅ Position Size = 5 MNQ
The fractional contract is discarded.
🏦 Funded Apex PAs Are Treated Differently
This distinction is particularly important.
An Apex evaluation and an Apex PA are not sized identically in this framework.
Evaluation accounts use:
33% of Room
Apex PAs use:
16.5% of Room for the first fill
Why?
Because this workflow anticipates the possibility of a second same-size fill.
Conceptually:
16.5% first fill + 16.5% second fill ≈ 33% of Room
So MNQ Group Sizer and Organizer AI specifically distinguishes between:
  • 🟦 TPT evaluations
  • 🟨 Apex evaluations
  • 🟩 Apex PAs
This prevents a funded PA from accidentally receiving the evaluation-account sizing formula.
🚧 Not Every Stop Is Allowed
Before position size is calculated, the potential stop has to pass the framework’s safety gates.
There are two hard caps.
🛑 Hard Cap #1 — 250 Points
The Effective Stop must satisfy:
E ≤ 250 points
If:
E > 250
the stop is:
❌ DISQUALIFIED
It receives no MNQ sizing and no account groups.
🎯 Hard Cap #2 — RewardCap
The framework also requires the stop to fit within the available reward.
A RewardCap is measured using the 15-minute ORB breakout extreme and the 5-minute swing projection’s second standard deviation.
The Effective Stop must satisfy:
E ≤ RewardCap
This is what protects the required:
⚖️ 1:1 relationship
A stop that exceeds the available RewardCap is disqualified—even if it passed the 250-point test.
✅ What Does a “Legal” Stop Mean?
Within this system, the word Legal has a very specific meaning.
A stop is Legal only when:
E ≤ 250 AND E ≤ RewardCap
Consider this simplified example:
Dimension
Effective Stop
5m
95.5 pts
15m
142 pts
1h
238 pts
TMT 1:1
270 pts
TMT Range
310 pts
The two TMT stops exceed 250 points.
Therefore they are automatically:
❌ Disqualified
MNQ Group Sizer and Organizer AI will not quietly calculate position sizes for those stops anyway.
They are removed from the sizing process.
Now imagine the RewardCap is only:
120 points
The 15-minute and 1-hour stops also fail.
That leaves only:
✅ 5-minute — E = 95.5
as a Legal stop.
🧱 Why This Becomes More Valuable With Multiple Accounts
With one account, doing the math manually might seem manageable.
Now imagine running:
5 accounts.
Then:
10 accounts.
Then:
20 accounts.
Or even:
30+ evaluation and funded accounts.
Every account can have a different amount of Room.
That means the exact same trade might appropriately receive different quantities across the account book.
For example:
Account
MNQ
Account A
5
Account B
5
Account C
4
Account D
3
Account E
2
Account F
0
Now repeat those calculations across multiple possible Legal stop distances.
Then separate:
  • TPT evaluations
  • Apex evaluations
  • Apex PAs
Then make sure funded PAs receive 16.5% rather than 33%.
Then make sure nobody was accidentally rounded upward.
Then make sure no disqualified stop received a position.
Then organize the resulting accounts into platform groups.
😵‍💫 This is exactly the kind of repetitive work where manual errors can become expensive.
🗂️ The AI Doesn’t Just Calculate—It Organizes
Once the master calculations are complete, MNQ Group Sizer and Organizer AI can turn them into usable groups.
Conceptually, the result might look like:
TPT — 5m Stop
5 MNQ
  • Account A
  • Account B
  • Account C
3 MNQ
  • Account D
  • Account E
Then separately:
Apex Evaluations — 5m Stop
And separately:
Apex PAs — 5m Stop
Accounts using the same quantity can be bucketed together.
This turns a large collection of individual accounts into a much more manageable execution structure.
🔐 There Is Another Important Safety Feature
MNQ Group Sizer and Organizer AI is intentionally designed not to guess.
If Room cannot be read:
🛑 Stop.
If the account screenshot appears incomplete:
🛑 Stop.
If required POIs haven’t been supplied:
🛑 Stop.
If RewardCap hasn’t been measured:
🛑 No account groups yet.
If a stop violates the 250-point maximum:
❌ No group for that stop.
If the stop exceeds RewardCap:
❌ No group for that stop.
If an account’s calculation produces less than one MNQ:
0 MNQ — sit out.
That behavior is intentional.
Sometimes the most important calculation a risk tool can produce is:
Don’t put this account into this trade.
🚫 What MNQ Group Sizer and Organizer AI Does NOT Do
Understanding the boundary is just as important as understanding the feature.
MNQ Group Sizer and Organizer AI does not:
  • ❌ Predict whether Nasdaq will rise or fall
  • ❌ Give trade ideas
  • ❌ Pick entries
  • ❌ Invent POIs
  • ❌ Manufacture a RewardCap
  • ❌ Override the 1:1 requirement
  • ❌ Size from cash simply because the balance looks large
  • ❌ Round contract quantities upward
  • ❌ Treat PAs like evaluations
  • ❌ Build groups for disqualified stops
The trader remains responsible for the trade thesis and market analysis.
The AI handles the risk-sizing and organizational layer that follows.

🎓 Why Students Should Learn to Use This Tool Early
When you’re new, it can be tempting to focus almost entirely on charts:
“Where’s my entry?”
“Where’s my stop?”
“Where’s my target?”
Those questions matter.
But when multiple prop accounts enter the picture, another question becomes equally important:
Exactly how much risk is being placed on every account if this trade loses?
That’s the problem MNQ Group Sizer and Organizer AI is built to help solve.
The larger the account book becomes, the more useful a consistent sizing process becomes.
Instead of manually performing dozens of calculations while preparing to execute a trade, the trader supplies the required information and allows the AI to perform the repetitive risk math and organization according to the defined framework.
🧠 The Core Idea to Remember
You do not need to become a human spreadsheet.
You do need to understand the risk rules you’re operating under.
Think of the division of labor this way:
👤 Your Job
Find and validate the trade structure.
🤖 MNQ Group Sizer and Organizer AI’s Job
Translate that structure into rule-compliant MNQ sizing across your accounts.
And when you’re managing multiple evaluation and/or funded accounts, that distinction becomes especially valuable.
🛡️ Analyze the trade yourself. Let the AI handle the repetitive sizing math.
MNQ Group Sizer and Organizer AI exists to turn:
Account Room + Stop Distance + RewardCap
into:
✅ Legal Stops → Correct MNQ Sizes → Organized Account Groups
That is its function.
That is its utility.
And that is its value proposition.
