⚡ A Setup: Momentum Distribution Continuation Trade

This is a specific A Setup scenario where we do not need to wait for the full Third Move of the Day.

Once the market has already confirmed distribution and still has room to expand, we can potentially participate in the continuation — but only with strict rules.

This is not an A+ setup.

This is a half-size A Setup designed to capture continuation momentum after distribution has already been confirmed.

✅ Required Sequence

This trade is only valid if the following sequence happens in order:

1. Friend Zone Context Is Established 🟦

Price begins from the Friend Zone / manipulation block structure.

We are looking at the manipulation block tied to the Friend Zone as the origin point for the move.

2. Judas Swing Occurs 🎭

Price performs the Judas swing / manipulation event.

This is the fake move that creates the trap before the real distribution begins.

3. 1-Minute ERL Penetration Happens ⚔️

Price penetrates the relevant 1-minute ERL.

This is the first sign that price may be transitioning from manipulation into distribution.

4. 15-Second Green-Yellow DRAM Cycle Confirms ✅

After the 1-minute ERL penetration, we need a valid:

15-second Green-Yellow DRAM cycle confirmation

But this confirmation must happen beyond both:

The relevant 1-minute ERL
The relevant manipulation block

This is extremely important.

It is not enough for the 15-second model to confirm beyond the ERL only.

It must also confirm beyond the manipulation block so we know price has actually started distributing away from the manipulated zone.

5. There Must Still Be Room to Grow 📈

After confirmation, there must still be meaningful room on the distribution projection swing.

The projection should be anchored from the manipulation block tied to the Friend Zone.

We are looking for room toward the 2nd Standard Deviation.

If price is already too close to the objective, the trade is late.

No room = no trade.

🎯 Trade Idea

Once distribution is confirmed and there is still room to grow, we do not need to wait for the Third Move.

Instead, we can potentially take the trade on the move back into a relevant entry area.

This becomes a continuation trade.

The idea is simple:

Confirm distribution first.Wait for the pullback.Enter from the MAE Box.Protect the trade using the 5-minute distribution PoINV.Take the easy partial continuation.

🛑 Hard Stop Rule

For this setup, the stop must be anchored to a:

5-minute Distribution Point of Invalidation

This is a hard rule.

Not a 1-minute PoINV.Not a random swing point.Not a minor invalidation level.

The stop must be based on a valid 5-minute distribution PoINV.

That 5-minute distribution PoINV determines:

Where the stop goes
How the MAE Box is positioned
The earliest valid entry location

If there is no clean 5-minute distribution PoINV, there is no trade.

📦 MAE / MEE Box Rule

The MAE Box must be positioned using the 5-minute distribution PoINV as the structural anchor.

This box tells us where the trade becomes valid.

We are not chasing price after confirmation.

We are waiting for price to move back into the relevant MAE Box area.

The earliest valid entry is determined by where the box can be properly positioned against the 5-minute distribution PoINV.

If the box cannot be cleanly placed, skip the trade.

📉 Entry Rule

After confirmation, wait for price to come back into the MAE Box.

Entry may be taken when price taps back into the valid box area.

This is a continuation entry, not a full retracement setup.

The market has already shown us distribution.

We are simply using the pullback to get involved at a better location.

⚖️ Sizing Rule

This setup is half size only.

Because this is an A Setup, not an A+ Setup, we reduce risk.

The purpose is to participate in confirmed momentum without overexposing the account.

💰 Take Profit Rule

The take profit is not the full distribution objective.

For this setup, the target is only:

Half the distance of the MAE Box

In practical terms, this is approximately:

32 points from entry

We are not trying to milk the entire distribution.

We are taking the easier continuation portion after confirmation.

The goal is controlled execution, not greed.

❌ Do Not Take This Trade If

Do not take the setup if:

The 15-second confirmation does not clear the manipulation block
Price is already too close to 2 SD
There is no clean 5-minute distribution PoINV
The MAE Box cannot be cleanly positioned
The entry would require chasing price
The stop would need to be based on a 1-minute PoINV
The target is less than half the MAE / MEE Box distance
The structure is unclear or forced

When in doubt, skip it.

Forced trades are how A setups become C setups.

🧠 Simple Version

After the First Move / Judas swing from the Friend Zone manipulation structure, if price penetrates the 1-minute ERL and then confirms with a 15-second Green-Yellow DRAM cycle beyond both the ERL and the manipulation block, and there is still room toward 2 SD, I may take a half-size A Setup on the pullback into the MAE Box.

The stop must be anchored to a valid 5-minute distribution PoINV.

The 5-minute distribution PoINV defines the box placement, the earliest valid entry, and the stop location.

The take profit is only half the MAE /Box distance, approximately 32 points from entry.
