Hi guys, I am trying to get a workflow, basically getting my news information from RSS through Telegram

Basically, I am trying to do is I create inline keyboard to create 3 differents button

I want to get different RSS news source based on how I pressed these three buttons.

I am not sure what to do next : create two ifs? Create one telegram that give different answer based on how I pressed the three button?
