n8n hosted locally / on pre in EU?
As I'm in Central Europe, here we have strict regulations and my business customers a scared about them. So Data Privacy, EU AI Act and GDPR are the biggest hurdles. So we should avoid non-EU software and hosts.
So, anyone her who is hosting n8n and maybe Postgres using EU Provider but not as baremetal/IaaS?
Any ideas appreciated!
