HIRING: Full-stack Engineer (Rapidly growing AI SaaS)
I need a (just like me) hyper active full-stack developer that can work to replace my roll in product lead and development at MassUGC.
I'm the founder of a multitude of companies, but mainly in SaaS; MassUGC, MassMessages, MassTweets, MassAgents, MassMarketing Agency, Posters, Lipsync . dev, bulkapis, and really a few others too lol
I run my companies in a very unconventional way, as a skilled technical founder that is also extremely blessed in FAST growth marketing. (this is why 80% of my companies act tools built for marketers)
I launch every company following a simple system; Sell -> Build -> Scale REPEAT.
I hire operators in the same way; Hire -> Teach -> Grow REPEAT
What I'm looking to do here is give the opportunity to show your skill stack, learn from my team and I, and grow with our company in a core position.
One of our fastest growing products is MassUGC, an AI UGC desktop platform that pumps out 300+ AI-generated videos PER DAY.
This is strictly an application only, powerful internal tool for brands, founders, and marketers that do $1M-$100M/annually (actually our top ecommerce "user" does $900M/year)
You must:
- Use AI to expedite processes and ship features fast
- Translate my vision of our new feature roadmap from ideation to production
- Rapidly prototype, break things, and scale & secure what works
This is a hands-on, code-heavy role with massive autonomy—you’ll be working directly with me, shaping systems already live with top agencies, eCom brands, and pharmaceutical companies.
