Forgive me as this is not the usual AI post.
I just wanted to share that my 14-year son Ryyaan is taking part in a fundraising initiative for his voluntary grassroots community organization that provides a youth club (https://www.instagram.com/youthsanctuary_centre/) in an Islamic setting, they get to play games, pray together and a Naseeha session is provided for them, they are also provided with some healthy snacks.
He is doing this as a service to his community, giving back, so young boys his age continue to have an opportunity to benefit from a service as he has done.
His target is to raise £1000, this is the link to the Launchgood page.
The organization runs other services such as weekly events for mothers and daughters, featuring self-defense, games, and inspiring talks and a Muslim-centric mental health (listening line), mediation, counseling, and intervention.
