Take a look at this visual. It got me thinking about how we experience reality and spiritual growth.

If the flat median line in the middle represents our present reality (our anchor in the here and now), the wave oscillating up and down shows us moving into different states.

Does it make sense to you that we travel to other, higher dimensions spiritually—gaining insight, expansion, or healing—and then inevitably curve back down to ground ourselves in our base reality?
