This helped me dramatically in my personal growth, awareness in my situation and staying on a proper vibration even when things get intense. I learned how to breath better and things like mercaba multidimensional travel meditation, stepping in to my best version, visiting halls of imenti, golden staircase to name a few were not only transformative but were profound experiences.
