About Me and 360TFT
Our Story (so far!)
I'm Kevin Middleton, a Scottish football coach and the founder of this online platform that is dedicated to providing tools, knowledge, and resources for football coaches, players, and academy owners.
My coaching journey began when I volunteered as a grassroots coach for my son's football team, which ignited my passion for coaching.
Despite initial challenges, I successfully established two football academies, collectively training over 800 players.
In addition to my work with 360TFT, I've held various coaching positions. Serving as the Club Head Coach for Arbroath Lads Club, bringing significant knowledge and experience to the role. I also coached players at Arbroath FC.
I've also been involved with Arbroath FC Women and Hamilton Women FC.
I run a Skool Community called the Football Coaching Academy, where we reach over 1,200 members daily with coach education content. Through this platform, I aim to continue inspiring and educating the next generation of football enthusiasts.
Through 360TFT, I offer a range of resources, including training apps like 360@HOME, designed to help players train effectively at home, and The Grassroots Football Pack, aimed at assisting grassroots-level coaches.
My dedication to coaching and player development has been recognised by professional footballers who have praised my attention to detail, enthusiasm, and ability to deliver enjoyable and impactful training sessions.
My mission is to make football coaching knowledge accessible and affordable, helping to nurture the future of football by sharing my experience and expertise with others in the sport.
