Fall Black Belt Summit 2026 HQ is happening in 51 days
360 KM Association
360 is evolving differently than other organizations. My goal is not only to provide instructional resources, but also to provide more comprehensive insurance coverage and background checks in order to protect students and instructors. This will allow for protection during 360-sanctioned events for both students and instructors.
360 the system
So much emphasis is placed on the efficiency of a system. Most people focus on techniques—and proving that their techniques are better than someone else’s. Sometimes that difference is obvious. But techniques alone don’t determine whether a system works. The training method matters more. It must reflect the reality of who we teach: 1. Most of our adult students are 35+. 2. The average student trains twice per week. 3. Their average fitness level is low to moderate. A system has to work for real people, training under real conditions—not just for highly athletic instructors who train every day. The question isn’t only, “Does this technique work?” It’s also: “Can we teach it, retain it, pressure-test it, and make it usable for the average student?” That is the difference between teaching techniques and teaching a system.

Not all Krav Maga is created equal
What was originally meant to be a technical foundation eventually became the entire Krav Maga system—and was promoted that way around the world. Even within the IDF, techniques are taught, but physical and mental toughness are emphasized just as much, if not more. A complete system should produce predictable results in its practitioners. Instead, Krav Maga has often left instructors and students to figure out the missing pieces on their own. Much of this comes from systems being promoted by people who may know techniques but have little experience developing students over time. The 360 Krav Maga method has four essential components: Learn. Drill. Spar. Fight. When we view training through this framework, it becomes much clearer how Krav Maga needs to be taught, practiced, and developed.
