Setters:
How do you set when the receive is too low and short? Do you set differently when your spikers are ready and not ready? Faster as in comparison but like they are used to or higher so that they have more time?
Spikers:
What do you do when the receive is bad and the set is therefore unintentionally faster? Do you expect a higher set or do you want a normal set like you are used to but faster in comparison?
I feel like I rather surprise the spikers when I set the ball to the normal height. I always aim for the same spot because I thought consistency is important to not confuse your teammates. Any advice is appreciated🙏
