Video Scenes - Turn Off Loop

I want to use videos as transitions. The problem is the videos are on loop and there is no way of turning them off. This means that I can't use videos to transition between 2 scenes as is done with the following tour made with different software:

I could achieve something similar to this if I could turn off looping so that it simply freezes at the end of the video until they click to the next scene.

Even better would be if it went to the next scene automatically once the video reaches the end.

Open to any work-arounds if anyone has any ideas.
