Available data exports and hotspot editing options

Hello Cloud Pano Team & Community,

I’m currently exploring building an additional analytics and reporting layer on top of Cloud Pano to better understand how virtual tours are used and interacted with over time.

Before proceeding further, I’d like to clarify what analytics data and configuration options are currently available from Cloud Pano.

Specifically, I’d like to know whether it’s possible to obtain (or export) data such as:

Total views per tour
Number of sessions / visits
Average time spent per tour
Time spent per scene or viewpoint
Hotspot interaction counts
Entry and exit points within a tour
Date- and time-based analytics (for comparing different periods)

Additionally, I’d like to ask about hotspot management:

Is it possible to add, edit, or update hotspot content (text, links, info) without manually logging into the Cloud Pano interface each time?
Are there any options for external control, bulk editing, or programmatic updates (e.g. API, integrations, or planned features)?

Could you please clarify:

Which of these data points are currently available?
Whether they can be exported (e.g. CSV)?
If deeper scene-level analytics or external hotspot management are available or on the roadmap?
