360 Pricing for Realtors?

For those of you who shoot 360's for Realtors, what is your pricing strategy like? And do you charge a month hosting/maintenance fee?

Here is what I am considering (any advice & feedback is welcome 🙂):

Initial set up/ shoot fee $XXX.xx (to be determined by the size of the property / how many photos)
Ongoing monthly hosting/maintenance fee: ($49 - up to 5 listings), ($97 - up to 10 listings), ($189 - up to 20 listings)

What' s your thoughts on this pricing strategy?
