Screen-free day! Thoughts?
I woke up to a message from my sister today (sent yesterday), that today was their “screen-free” day, so if anyone needed them to call since no one in the family can look at the screens unless it’s a phone call.
I thought, wow that sounds like an awesome idea, do one day where we don’t look at screens. We can read more, play outside, meditate, whatever needs to happen in that time when we are off our phones, not watching TV, not playing games on consoles.
What are your thoughts on it? Would you do a screen free day? I know for me it would be hard but I am thinking it may need to happen for me.
