Hey everyone! 🙋🏼‍♀️
I just wanted to share a super comforting and delicious dinner I cooked today for my boyfriend - and it turned out so good, I thought you might want to try it too! It’s a creamy tomato pasta with wild salmon and spelt noodles - simple, wholesome, and full of flavor.
Here’s what I used:
  • 200 g tomato pulp (I used Rewe)
  • 100 g sour cream (Rewe Bio)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 100 ml lactose-free whole milk (Jol)
  • 125 g Pacific wild salmon (OceanSea – canned or pre-cooked)
  • 167 g spelt noodles (Muthof Dinkelnudeln)
  • Salt, pepper, and optional herbs (like dill or parsley)
How I made it:
  1. Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the chopped onion in a little oil until soft and golden.
  3. Add the tomato pulp and let it simmer for about 5–7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in the sour cream and milk - keep the heat low so it stays nice and creamy.
  5. Add the flaked salmon and warm it gently in the sauce.
  6. Mix everything with the pasta - and you’re done!
I served it warm and we both loved it - so cozy and satisfying. If you’re looking for an easy weekday meal that’s both creamy and fresh, give it a try!
Let me know if you make it too - I’d love to hear what you think! 🎀
