Go to the Classroom. Start with Day 1. Move sequentially.
Do not skip ahead.
Step 3
After completing each day, go to the 21-Day Execution Check-In Thread (pinned) and comment:
Stayed – Day X
That’s it.
Small actions. No drama. No restart loops.
If you miss a day: You continue. You do not reset.
You don’t need intensity. You need consistency.
Begin with Day 1.
