I’m looking for one person to become a marketer under me to work on client accounts and help them succeed.
Context: I own a local lead generation agency that is currently expanding into other niches..
We build ad campaigns, funnels, and automations for local service based businesses.
Here is what you’ll do using my proven scripts & framework..
✅ Perform onboarding calls with clients
✅ Define high level ad strategy / messaging
✅ Work with designer to get aligned static ad creatives
✅ Work with client & team to get video ad creatives
✅ Write primary ad copy, headlines, & video scripts
✅ Put campaign together (META) including lead form
✅ SYNC leads into GHL
✅ Ensure Automated email & sms campaigns are executed properly
✅ Report results to clients and highlight wins.
✅ Meet with client on zoom for performance reviews
By the way this is the same marketing psychology that’s allowed me to build a successful agency while generating results for my clients and building long term relationships.
I’m looking for someone that already has some experience in these areas and you are ready to go all in on the right opportunity.
Pay depends on experience, skill level, and capacity. Preferably we start on a “per account” basis and build up as you learn our system.

Not looking for people who don’t have a foundational understanding in this stuff… this is not a “side job”.. I need you to eat, sleep, breathe advertising.
