The year is almost ending, and I want to propose a question for you to answer—one that might give you a head start for 2026:
What is the one thing that, if I change it, will cascade into several other changes and inevitably bring the most positive results into my life, in a short time and with the least amount of effort?
The first thing that immediately came to my mind was daily planning. It’s something I’ve never truly given enough energy and dedication to throughout my life to make it part of who I am. And yet, I know that changing my scattered planning into a focused, intentional one is exactly what would create a quick shift in many other areas of my life.
