Why Repetition Isn’t Boring — It’s What Builds Confidence 🧠🏀
One of the most important parts of training — and one of the most overlooked — is repetition.
A lot of players want to skip straight to flashy moves or advanced drills, but the truth is this: confidence comes from doing the same things over and over until they’re automatic.
Repetition isn’t about being perfect. It’s about building the muscle memory that shows up when the game is fast, the pressure is on, and there’s no time to think. So if your child ever says “we already did this,” that’s actually a good sign. Because great players don’t need variety — they need mastery.
💬 I’d love to hear from you — have you noticed your child becoming more confident in games since training started? Drop a comment below with what you’ve seen!
