One of the most important parts of training β and one of the most overlooked β is repetition.
A lot of players want to skip straight to flashy moves or advanced drills, but the truth is this: confidence comes from doing the same things over and over until theyβre automatic.
Repetition isnβt about being perfect. Itβs about building the muscle memory that shows up when the game is fast, the pressure is on, and thereβs no time to think. So if your child ever says βwe already did this,β thatβs actually a good sign. Because great players donβt need variety β they need mastery.
