Need some honest and true opinion about email outreach

Hi to all

I am ready to launch my agency but don’t wanna waste my time with finding client through the wrong way. I would like to hear from some one here with personal experience not some guru stuff how it’s right to reach out to clients potentially, I have watched all videos from Adam about it but still not quite sure how to write it and mainly sruggling to understand if the cta should be book an appointment or what it should be about…also is it really effective in my experience I never got any reply from emails but maybe i did something wrong

So would appreciate any peace of advice, tip coaching, tricks,templates and some real and honest experience sharing of successful email out reach!
