Selecting New Creative Strategist
I am actually selecting the creative strategist that will be full time in the agency (is our first full time hire), and i found two different profiles:
Person between 26-30 that has +5-6 years of experience in brands creative teams (making a very similar process to our new delivery process), a slightly more closed person but with good communication fluency and better organization/quality of work. The salary would be 20% higher than the second option (not a problem for me).
Person between 20-26 that has 1-2 years of experience with UGC and social media. This person is more open and has a personality more similar to mine. He has a lot of energy and enthusiasm.
Which one would you choose? (or in which characteristics should i focus when hiring a creative strategist.
